  1. Products & Descriptions

All product images displayed on our website and Instagram are for representation purposes only. Minor variations in color, design, or texture may occur due to lighting or screen resolution.

  1. Pricing and Payments

All prices are mentioned in INR and are subject to change without prior notice. Full advance payment is required to confirm your order. We accept payments via UPI and bank transfer only. Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

  1. Order Confirmation and Shipping

Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp once payment is received. We will share estimated dispatch time and tracking details (if applicable) after order confirmation. Any shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated during the order process. We aim to dispatch products within the mentioned time, but delays due to courier issues or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

  1. Return and Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges only for damaged or missing items. A clear unboxing video and photos are mandatory to claim any issue. You must report any issue within 12 hours of delivery. For issues related to size, design, or color preferences, we offer exchange only, not return. In such cases, pickup and delivery charges will be borne by the customer. We do not accept returns for used or worn products.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content including product images, designs, branding, and text displayed on our platforms are the exclusive property of Pritanjali. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

  1. Communication

All official communication regarding orders, payments, dispatch, and customer service will be done via WhatsApp or email. Please ensure that the contact details you provide are accurate and up to date.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Pritanjali is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

  1. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in delhi, India.

  1. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes implies your acceptance of the revised terms.
